The Commissioner for Residential Tenancies, Dr. Heather Holst, welcomes Tenants Victoria's new video, 'Going to VCAT'.

For many renters going to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) can be overwhelming but it is well worth doing to resolve a problem in their rental housing.

This new video from Tenants Victoria guides the renters through the entire process from gathering the required documents to understanding what happens during a hearing.
