The Commissioner is currently gathering information about conditions in residential parks in Victoria to better inform any future reforms or regulatory changes by Victorian Government.
Residential parks are areas of land where people who own dwellings (caravans, moveable cabins or other types of dwellings) rent a site in the park for their dwelling.
The project about residential parks is being conducted with the Consumer Policy Research Centre (CPRC) that includes information gathering from other jurisdictions and direct interviews with residents and industry stakeholders.
As part of this broader project the Commissioner is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders. Read the Commissioner’s call for submissions below.
